What is Nomika Epilekta?
Nomika Epilekta is a public resource for legal information and planning your first steps. It offers articles, guides and practical answers to common legal questions, helping individuals and professionals understand what to check before proceeding. Public content is for information and does not replace advice from a lawyer tailored to a specific case.

How do I register?
Use the sign-in or account creation option, enter your basic details and follow the verification steps. If you only want to send an initial enquiry, you can start with the contact form. For a case involving documents or a deadline, use the secure workspace or request process so the case file can be organised properly.

How do I find a lawyer?
Choose “Find a lawyer” and use the available filters, such as location and area of practice. Public profiles show published professional details and available ways to make contact. Inclusion in the directory is not a ranking of lawyers or a guarantee of a case’s outcome.

Do I need an account to read articles and guides?
You can read public articles, guides, the legal glossary and published court decisions without an account. This content provides general information and does not replace personalised legal advice. An account is required for the private collaboration features available in Nomika Epilekta Connect.

What does Nomika Epilekta Connect offer?
Nomika Epilekta Connect is the private workspace for collaboration between a lawyer and a client. It brings together the available features for a case, shared documents and communication, separately from the public legal information site. The actions available to each account depend on its role and access to that particular case.

Does registering or sending a request mean a lawyer has taken on my case?
No. Registering or sending an initial request does not by itself mean that a lawyer has taken on your case. The lawyer must review and accept the request through the relevant process. Check its status and agree directly on the scope of work, fees and deadlines. Do not assume that simply sending a request suspends any legal deadline.

How do I use the guides or report an error?
Open a guide using its image or title, and check its sources and date. The legal glossary explains terms and does not provide advice on a specific case. If you spot an error, use the public contact page to send the link and identify the passage that needs checking. Do not send sensitive documents through the public form.
