Purpose and scope
Nomika Epilekta is an independent information publication covering legal issues, rights, institutions, and matters of public interest. We aim to explain complex topics clearly, practically, and with respect for the reader. Content is organized as articles, guides, legal terms, decisions, and signed opinion pieces.
Authors and opinion content
Every article identifies its author or editorial team and publication date. Political commentary and signed interventions are clearly marked as opinion. The positions expressed belong to the signatory and are not presented as neutral legal guidance.
Sources, accuracy, and updates
For legal information, we prioritize primary and official sources such as legislation, court decisions, public authorities, and institutional announcements. Links or references are included where useful. Law and administrative practice change, so we display publication or update dates and revisit material when a significant change occurs.
Corrections
We correct substantiated factual, legal, or translation errors. Correction requests may be sent to info@nomika-epilekta.gr with the page link and a clear description of the issue. Material corrections are not used to retroactively alter a signed opinion.
Translations and support tools
Automation tools may assist with organization, translation, metadata, and technical checks. Editorial selection, final wording, and publication remain under editorial control. Automated output is not treated as individualized legal advice or a legal conclusion for a specific case.
Advertising independence
Advertising is visually separated from editorial content and does not influence topic selection, placement, or conclusions. We do not show advertising within political opinion pieces or on pages with insufficient content. Any sponsored content will be clearly labeled and will not be presented as independent editorial coverage.
Limits of the information
Public content provides general information and does not replace individualized legal advice. The application of a rule depends on the facts, timing, and law in force. A specific matter requires assessment by an appropriately qualified professional.
